How are our glass partitions manufactured?
Quality steel manufacturing, welded and assembled in our workshop near Angers. Each glass partition is manufactured by hand with the greatest care, we use thick steel with robust assemblies.
Our products are designed to last several generations. Our first priority is customer satisfaction.

– The frame is in a single welded block and manufactured from 30x20mm angle iron.
– The glazing bars are manufactured from 12mm glazing bar profile.
– Laminated safety glass glazing 33/2 (7mm thickness).

How do I take my measurements?
You must take the dimensions of your opening at 3 different places on the height and width.
You will keep the smallest dimension to enter it in the simulator.
We will ourselves deduct a 3mm clearance from the dimensions you provide, to ensure that the glass roof fits in its location without forcing. Do not deduct this clearance yourself.
Number of bays
This is actually the number of vertical and horizontal separations.
For example:
– In the 1st presentation photo, the glass partition has 3 horizontal sections and 3 vertical sections.
– In the 2nd presentation photo, the glass partition has 3 horizontal sections and 4 vertical sections.
We recommend a section width between 40 and 60cm.
To find out the width of the section, simply divide your width or the height of your glass partition by the number of sections desired.
Holes for fixing
By default, our glass partitions are drilled at the top and bottom so that you can fix them to the ceiling and floor (or to your plinth).
You have the choice of adding holes on 1 side or on both sides. We supply plugs and screws for fixing in plasterboard, concrete, brick or concrete block.
For example:
– If your glass partition is fixed between 4 walls, you must choose holes at the top, bottom + both sides.
– If your glass partition is fixed between 3 walls, you must choose holes at the top, bottom + one side (the 2nd side being in the void).
Finishes
Raw with Matt Varnish: The raw steel will have a midnight blue colour with the presence of scratches and imperfections. A sign of its authenticity. The varnish protects your glazed partition from corrosion that may appear over time.
Powder Coating: Your glazed partition will be covered with a powder of your chosen colour, then placed in an oven at 200 degrees creating a slightly textured, uniform and very solid coating. Powder coating is non-harmful, non-polluting and durable over time.
RAL of your choice: If you choose this option, you must tell us the colour or RAL chosen when you validate your order (example: RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 2100, RAL 2525 etc..)
Delivery
Your glass partition will be shipped in two parts.
– The frame which will be completely covered with foam.
– And a pallet which contains the glass, the glazing bars and the fasteners
The goods will be entrusted to the carrier Geodis, who will deliver your glass partition by appointment.
