Made in France
High-end and durable metal base. Quality manufacturing in steel, welded and assembled in our workshop next to Angers. Each table leg is handmade with the greatest care, we use thick steel with robust assemblies.
Our products are designed to last several generations. Our first priority is customer satisfaction.
For round, square or rectangular top, delivered fully welded no assembly required.

MULTIPLE SIZES AVAILABLE:

Version 1:
Length: 45cm
Width: 45cm
–> ideal for square table tops with maximum dimensions of 80x80cm or for round table tops with a maximum diameter of 90cm
Version 2:
Length: 70cm
Width: 45cm
–> Ideal for rectangular table tops of maximum 140x80cm
HEIGHT OF BASE:
Two heights to choose from, either for a dining table (72cm) or for a standing desk (107cm).
The Mikado base is equipped with adjustable plastic feet.
STEEL PROFILE USED:
– Square tube 50x50x2mm
The Mikado base can support 200kg regardless of which version is chosen.
Top fixing
For wooden tops : You will find 4 fixing plates with 2 holes of 7mm on each plate. We supply hinge screws.
For stone tops : You can glue your top to the base.
Protection of your floor
The Mikado foot is equipped with adjustable height plastic pads that protect your floor and allow you to secure the foot.
You will be able to slide your table across the floor effortlessly, and without damaging your tiles or parquet flooring.
Finishes
Raw: Without paint or varnish, raw steel will have a midnight blue colour with the presence of scratches and imperfections. A sign of its authenticity.
Raw with Matt Varnish: Identical finish to Raw steel. The varnish protects your mikado stand from corrosion that may appear over time.
Powder Coating: Your stand will be covered with a powder of your chosen colour, then placed in an oven at 200 degrees creating a slightly textured, uniform and very durable coating. Powder coating is non-toxic, non-polluting and durable over time.
RAL of your choice: If you choose this option, you must inform us of the colour or RAL chosen when validating your order (example: RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 2100, RAL 2525 etc..
Delivery
The Mikado base is fully welded therefore not dismountable, it will be carefully packaged on a pallet and once well protected, the pallet will be entrusted to Geodis carrier, who will deliver your table base by appointment.
