Each trough is manufactured by hand with the greatest rigour, we use thick steel with robust assemblies.

Description
You can use it to delimit a space, to fence your land or as decoration in your garden.
Thickness of corten steel: 2mm
There is a fold on all 4 sides of the panel of 50mm width.
The panels are drilled on the sides so you can bolt them to the post (to be ordered separately).
What is Corten steel?
Warning! : Your panels will not be delivered rusty. You simply need to leave them outside for them to start rusting on their own.
The corrosion process of Corten steel extends over 2 years:
– 1 to 3 months : Your privacy screen becomes covered with a layer of yellow/orange superficial corrosion. Be careful with wooden and concrete terraces, as rust streaks may stain your floor during this phase.
– 3 to 6 months : The corrosion layer becomes darker and harder.
– 6 months to 1 year : The colour becomes uniform, the rust layer becomes very solid. There are no more streaks.
– 1 to 2 years : Your privacy screen becomes patinated until it reaches its final colour: brown more or less dark (each Corten sheet is unique, and so is its colour).
Delivery
Your panels will be carefully packaged on a pallet and once well protected, they will be entrusted to the Geodis carrier, who will deliver them to you by appointment.
