Made in France
Quality manufacturing in aluminium, welded and assembled in our workshop near Angers.
Each trough is manufactured by hand with the utmost rigour, we use thick aluminium with robust assemblies.
Our products are designed to last several generations. Our first priority is customer satisfaction.
How are our planters manufactured?
Our aluminium troughs are fully welded, you receive them in a single block.
Aluminium thickness: 3mm
There is a lip on the top of the planter with a width of 37mm (modifiable on request).
WITH BASE
To prevent your trough from being in direct contact with the ground, you have the choice between:
– Small adjustable feet approximately 2cm in height (discreet and design)
– Square aluminium feet 10cm in height. They allow you to move the trough easily with a pallet truck.
The base of the planters is perforated to allow water drainage to ensure good drainage for your plants.
WITHOUT BASE
You can choose not to have a base so you can plant your flower beds or trees in the ground. Reinforcements are added inside the trough at the 4 corners.
Finish
Our aluminium planters are powder coated in the colour of your choice.
Powder coating is an industrial technique that consists of coating a part with an epoxy powder of your choice colour.
The part is then passed through an oven at 200 degrees, the epoxy melts and creates a uniform and very solid coating.
Our advice
To fill your planter, we recommend proceeding as follows:
1) Place a layer of draining gravel approximately 5 to 10cm at the bottom of the planter.
2) Cover the gravel with a permeable geotextile
3) Cover with compost or topsoil
Delivery
Your planter will be carefully wrapped on a pallet and once well protected, it will be entrusted to the Geodis carrier, who will deliver it to you by appointment.
