Description
Churrasco is a meat cooking technique that is very popular in Brazil, but also in other South American countries such as Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
It is a barbecue method where different types of meat, often marinated, are grilled slowly on skewers or grills above charcoal embers. Churrasco is often served in specialised restaurants called churrascarias, where servers move from table to table with large meat skewers, carving slices directly onto customers’ plates.
