Central foot Orion – For dining table

Quality manufacturing in steel, welded and assembled in our workshop near Angers.

Each table leg is manufactured by hand with the greatest rigour, we use thick steel with robust assemblies.

Our products are designed to last several generations. Our first priority is customer satisfaction.

For rectangular, oval, round or square top, delivered fully welded no assembly required. Use it to create a unique dining table.

SEVERAL POSSIBLE DIMENSIONS:
(depending on the size of your top)

Version 1:
Length: 130cm
Width: 70cm or 80cm
–> Ideal for tops up to 200cm long

Version 2:
Length: 150cm
Width: 70cm or 80cm
–> Ideal for tops 210cm to 240cm long

Version 3:
Length: 180cm
Width: 70cm or 80cm
–> Ideal for tops 250cm to 290cm long

Version 4:
Length: 200cm
Width: 80cm
–> Ideal for tops 300cm to 320cm long

Choose the base width:

– Your top measures between 80 and 95cm wide –> Width 70cm

– Your top measures + 95cm wide –> Width 80cm

BASE HEIGHT:

Several heights available depending on the thickness and material of your top.
A finished dining table (base + top) should measure between 75 and 77cm.

STEEL PROFILE USED:

Our Orion base is manufactured with round steel bars 14mm in diameter

The Orion can support up to 300kg

– For wooden tops : On top of the foot you will find a bracket with 8 holes for fixing your top. We supply hinge screws.

– For stone tops : You can glue your top directly onto the foot. Another method is to glue plywood under your stone top and then screw the foot into the plywood.

Self-adhesive felt is provided with the foot.

The felt, to be glued under the metal base protects your floor and allows you to wedge the foot in place.

You will be able to slide your table across the floor effortlessly, and without damaging your tiles or your parquet.

Raw: Without paint or varnish, raw steel will have a midnight blue colour with scratches and imperfections present. A sign of its authenticity.

Raw with Matt Varnish: Identical finish to Raw steel. The varnish protects your foot from corrosion that may appear over time.

Powder Coating: Your foot will be covered with a powder of your chosen colour, then placed in an oven at 200 degrees creating a slightly textured, uniform and very solid coating. Powder coating is non-harmful, non-polluting and durable over time.

RAL of your choice: If you choose this option, you will need to tell us the colour or RAL chosen when you validate your order (example: RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 2100, RAL 2525 etc..)

The foot is entirely welded so not removable, it will be carefully packaged on a pallet then once well protected, the pallet will be entrusted to the Geodis carrier who will deliver your table foot by appointment.

In the presentation photos, the top measures 200x100cm, it is supported by our Orion version 1 stand.
