Quality manufacturing in steel, welded and assembled in our workshop next to Angers.
Each table leg is manufactured by hand with the greatest care, we use thick steel with robust assemblies.
Our products are designed to last several generations. Our first priority is our customers’ satisfaction.
For rectangular or oval top delivered fully welded no assembly required.
Dimension
SEVERAL POSSIBLE SIZES:
(depending on the size of your top)
Regarding the length of the structure: We recommend choosing it 40cm smaller than your top.
Regarding the length of the structure: We recommend choosing it 20 to 30cm smaller than your top.
For example:
For a top of 200x90cm
–> We recommend a structure of 160x70cm
For a top of 260x100cm
–> We recommend a structure of 220x80cm
LEG HEIGHT:
Several heights available depending on the thickness and material of your top.
A finished dining table (leg + top) should measure between 75 and 77cm.
STEEL PROFILE USED:
The structure is manufactured to choice with a rectangular tube of 60x30mm, 80×40 or 100x50mm
The structure can support 300kg regardless of the version chosen.
Fixing the top
– For wooden tops: The structure is drilled which allows you to screw the foot into the top. We provide hinge screws.
– For stone tops: You can glue your top directly onto the foot structure.
– For glass tops: You can apply small anti-slip pads to the foot structure and place your top on top.
Protection of your floor
Small adjustable plastic feet are screwed under the 4 feet.
The feet protect your floor and allow you to secure the table perfectly.
You will be able to slide your table across the floor effortlessly, and without damaging your tiles or your parquet flooring.
Finishes
Powder coating: Your foot will be covered with a powder of your choice colour, then placed in an oven at 200 degrees creating a slightly textured, uniform and very solid coating. Powder coating is non-toxic, non-polluting and long-lasting.
RAL of your choice: If you choose this option, you must tell us the colour or RAL chosen when validating your order (example: RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 2100, RAL 2525 etc..)
Delivery
The structure is entirely welded so not dismantlable, it will be carefully packaged on a pallet and once well protected, the pallet will be entrusted to the Geodis carrier, who will deliver your table base by appointment.
